Computer running at 65.7 dB.

You wont burn out the motor
Just put your finger over each of the fans individually slowing them down slowly until they stop
Just don't jab a pencil in there as this will likely break the fins more than anything.

Find out which fans are the loudest

Possibly worth investing in a fan controller if they are running at 12V all the time then they will likely be loud
I have a Lamptron FC2 which i like a lot. My PC runs almost silent

Its a good idea, another option is to get a case with fan control or if your mobo hasn't the necessary system fan slots upgrade the mobo.

If you can put up with them running constant then replace the fan. Disconnect them one at a time and find out which one is making the racket.
If it is none of them then it is your cpu cooler fan.

If its an aftermarket cooler you have the fans can generally be replaced easily without having to take off heatsink etc.

If it is one of the fans that is faulty and you have enough other fans in the case you don't even need to replace it just disconnect it.

If you want to replace it with a cheap reasonably quiet one I would go for one of coolermasters BC series fans.

I wouldn't however, touch the sickleflow ones with a barge pole.

Almost sounds like you have either got a faulty pump or possibly air bubbles trapped inside the loop. Which as it is a all in one cooler would need to be rma'd.

Only way other than opening it is give a good tapping session or run PC sideways for a couple of days.

Will watch the video now I've found my phone earphones and have a listen.

The noise I can hear is dry bearings in one or more fans. A couple drops of normal oil should help.

All you need to do is find the rubber gromet on the fan, which is is usually behind a label, pop it off and apply a couple drops of oil.

Turn round PSU to suck cold air from the bottom (outside the case).
Now - all your PSUs fan is doing - is to get hot air from graphic card (which spreads it all over the case), and this is why its fan might work faster, and louder.

I might be putting the computer on the floor soon.
I have only recently flipped around the PSU because I wanted to see the fan spinning :P It was making this noise before I flipped it around.

Ah I have that case, I put in-line resistors on the fan wires (the included 14CM blue LED ones) to quieten it down a bit.

Also, I assume your cooler is one where you plug the fan into a female connector coming out of the pump/block, and then plug a single connector into the motherboard? If so, give the fan and pump a seperate fan header each. My Kuhler 620 used to make that noise, and I remedied it by doing that.

Then there should also be an option to control the speed of the fans in the BIOS, I made use of that too, and also undervolted my GPU slightly and made the fan curve less steep, as well as turning the PSU the other way up. :)

A bit of oil on those fan bearings will help too, the bearings in my case fans started to get a bit 'buzzy' after 18 months.
