Computer slowed down

Hello Everyone,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an issue I've been experiencing with my computer lately. Suddenly, it has significantly slowed down, and despite my best efforts, I have been unable to find a solution. I have searched everywhere and even scanned my system for viruses or malware, but nothing was detected. Unfortunately, my computer's performance has become extremely sluggish, making it impossible to play games.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or advice you can provide in resolving this matter. I have tried various troubleshooting methods, but none have yielded positive results so far. If there are any additional steps I can take or if you have any recommendations, please let me know. I rely on my computer for both work and leisure, and this issue is significantly hindering my productivity and enjoyment.

Yes, just happened randomly. It was working one day and next day when I was trying to play Counter Strike with my friends, it took ages to load up the map and FPS where down to 30-50 where usually they were sitting around 300+.

Not specifically, apart from the NVIDIA and Windows update nothing severe.

As mentioned above low fps are one of the problems. When using google chrome and scrolling through YouTube, when loading videos it takes about 5-10 seconds when usually it was around within couple miliseconds to load up the website.
Loading anything on the computer feels off to slow comparing to what it was previously.

Computer scanned with Malwarebytes, ADwcleaner, Windows firewall, HD tune ( currently scanning to see if there might be any issues with discs). Anything that could have cause problems got removed but computer still operates very slow.

At the moment with everything switched off, there is only System using CPU and graphic card. CPU at 8% of usage and graphic card at 5% of usage.

CPU- 29 degrees Motherboard 24 degrees GPU 28 degrees

I don't gave IGP in my configuration.

Usually FPS were around 300+, lowest point was around 250 fps.

Computer usually shuts down without any errors so I'm not sure why does that come up as a lose of power.

Can this mean that my graphic card requires and upgrade?

There was few tests where it was getting about 98%,97%,96% but now twice it showed result around 80%....

What's also a bit funny is that when the computer starts up and I'm using it for about 30-45 secs it works fine without any lags. Then it decreases its performance.

Logitech Hub, probably not the issue, but there are lots of negative user reports on the Internet, so you could try disabling this and restarting the PC. RGB software is well-known for causing problems, if this functionality exists in the software.

Sound Blaster Control Panel, I'd be surprised if this was a problem, but you could try temporarily disabling this too.

Some torrent software will use your PC in the background to upload files you have downloaded, which can have an impact on the performance of your SSD and the network.

With the programs disabled nothing changed after restarting the system. Still 10 fps and 50 var in CS:GO (for example)
