Tempted to go with this build, then I can get myself a new CPU Cooler and also the 770?

770 isn't a step up from the 280x, they are about the same but once overclocked the 280x overtakes the 770. The build is good but I personally would prefer the g1 sniper 280x intel build, since it has a much better sound chip and is overall an awesome board.

Is there a problem with your current cooler? The raijintek doesn't seem like a step up from reviews and benchmarks.

Apparently the card wouldn't have fitted the old case, so I've swapped it out.

Firstly,the NZXT 550W will be more than enough for the AMD build.

Secondly,I would get this SSD:
