Computer STILL switching off randomly

So temperature seems to be the most lilely cause. You've tested the CPU and seems OK, so next is the GPU per my post above.

Edit: my pc is in my bedroom but i'm not sure it has anything to do with it. Its in a quite open space.

Sorry, I should have explained, I was trying to work out if it was something to do with ambient temps in the room or an older house with dodgy electrics or factories nearby with generators affecting the power lines causing spikes.

However, now you're running a fan in your PC and it stops it switching off, it's does sound like an overheating issue.

The first time you posted about the problems you were having I posted an email explaining how to get into the BIOS and read the temperatures of your system, do that or download a temp monitor for your OS, and see what it goes up to.

You said you had no such problems Prior to installing the ATI card, suggesting this was the primary cause, however, having an external fan on stopping the shutdowns suggest overheating... From the sounds of it, the ATI card is the source, try removing the card and re-seating it (make sure it is properly in the PCI slot).
Download GPU-Z and check the temp readings.
download Driver Cleaner to remove all graphics drivers, then install the latest drivers for your ATI card, if you get an error during the install, make a note of the actual error message and post it up here so we can see what is wrong. :)

Alrighteh ill try that.

Should i take the Graphcs card out, switch on pc, switch back off and then put it back in or just do it all at once?

If you have a spare graphics card try putting that in instead of the ATI (they do run hot) and see what happens. If it's fine then your ati card may have a faulty temp sensor, meaning the cooling isn't cooling the card properly. You can probably send the ati card back as from my understanding it's not part of the pre-built package.

EDIT: Make sure there is a card in your pc when you switch it on. Or you will get a series of annoyed beeps :p

No, dont turn on the pc until you have properly refitted the graphics card...
If this fails to stop the shutting down, try replacing the ATI with the old card that came with the pc (as long as you still have it). If the problem only occurs with the ATI card in, then it's more than likely the ATI card at fault :(

Make sure to earth yourself Before touching Any components.

What happens if i turn my pc on without the graphics card in?

Go into your control panel, Add/Remove programs

You should find something mentioning ATI drivers. (dunno i've never had an ATI card before)

reboot when prompted or just shut the PC down

Switch cards and boot up PC

Install drivers

Have you tested the memory? I'm assuming you have 2 sticks in your board. Take one out and run the PC with just that in it for a while, then try the other stick. See if the PC crashes with one stick and not the other.

Also, check your motherboard manual and see if it has a bios reset jumper. If it does, follow the instructions to reset the bios back to factory defaults to make sure you don't have a rogue entry somewhere that is screwing things up.

Edit: wait until you have tested the graphics card before trying either of these things, you only want to test one component at a time....

God WHY IS THIS HAPPENING. The fan isn't even directly on the pc its just blowing on the side of the pc (its case is off) I turn off the fan and like 3 minutes later it switches off, I ****ING HATE THIS PC. Im such a ****ing retard for buying this piece of ****ing junk for £640, 640 wasted jesus CHRIST

Well.. i think thats it guys, my HD4670 is causing the problems, not enough cooling or something? i Put my Geforce 120 back in and it isn't switching off... Hmm, not yet anyway.

What now?

EDIT: Forget that, its still switching off even with my old graphics card...
