I would like to do a small upgrade to my pc. Is there anything I could buy for around 150 pounds that could increase its performance? Or should I just wait a bit more until I can spend some more money for example on a new graphics card to replace my 570 or get another 570 for SLI.

When I play BF3 on ultra i average around 60 fps.
Have two monitors 24" and 32". Running at 3840x1080
I was considering increasing RAM to 16gb.

These are my current specs:

MSI GeForce GTX 570 OC Twin FrozR III Power Edition 1280MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Intel Core i5-2500K 3.30GHz (Sandybridge) Socket LGA1155 Processor
ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Intel Z68 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
Corsair Graphite 600T Midi Tower Case - Limited Edition White
OCZ Z-Series 850W '80 Plus Gold' Modular Power Supply
Crucial RealSSD M4 64GB 2.5 SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive (CT064M4SSD2)
Corsair XMS3 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMX8GX3M2A1600C9)
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 32MB Cache - OEM (ST31000524AS) HDD
Gelid Tranquillo CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM2+/AM3/LGA775/LGA1155/LGA1156/LGA1366)
Samsung SH-S222AL/BEBE 22x DVD±RW SATA Lightscribe ReWriter (Black) - OEM

Tks!

You rig still looks good mate. I'd be inclined to wait and get a 670/680 or a 7950/7970 if you can afford it.

16gb RAM would make little difference for gaming only. If your encoding, rendering or using programs like Adobe Photoshop & lightrooms, that would make a difference.

Do not sli 570's I did that and was a massive mistake.

They have the pure power but run out of VRAM.

Bf3 drops to unplayable when you max out the VRAM.

You could add more ram but u wnt notice any difference.

I would say new gpu is the most difference you could make.

^^ Good shout.

One of these would be better:

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 680 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £359.99
1 x Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 7970 Windforce 3X 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £299.99
1 x MSI GeForce GTX 670 OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £275.99
1 x Gigabyte ATi Radeon HD 7950 Windforce 3X 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £239.99
Total : £1,187.95 (includes shipping : £10.00).

I know the 680 is more than the others, but it's still a great card!

Do you need an Nvidia card?

Id personally go for a 670.

Though the 7950s are very tempting especially with 3gb of vram. If you use 3d vision or cuda NVIDIA is the right way to go (670). If not id seriously consider the 7950.
