Hi,

Recently i have had a few problems with the computer - see here: http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17734281. Anyway not sure what the problem was there, i tested it one more time before i sent it off for a rma and it worked . I did a fresh install of windows on one of my hard drives while i was at my cousins today - connected it up and it get to the bit where it's a black screen and say windows xp and has the bar that goes across underneath, it's get about 3 quarters of the way across then blue screen of death is shown (i can see what the error is as it's there for about 0.5 seconds) and the computer restarts and will do the same time and time again. I made sure my ram voltage was correct and have tried both my geil and team xtreem that have both just come back from a rma and still no joy

Any ideals?

thanks

Mobo or PSU maybe?

You tried testing with another PSU? or tried testing RAM in another mobo??

Difficult I know if you don't have the spare parts !!!

Turn everything off, take one stick of Memory out and leave one stick of Memory in, if you have the chance to get into the BIOS make sure you set the Manufacturers Rated Voltage and Timings.

If it fails, use the other Memory module. If that fails, try another Memory slot.

Also you said you got a glimpse of the BSOD Error Message, what does it say?
