Hey, the sound from the computer keeps making a fluttering noise every 1-2 seconds and i'm stumped to why...

I've got 2 sound devices and 2 output devices, I'm using s cheap jobbie creative sound card and i've got the on-board sound card with USB earphones and a 5.1 speaker set..

However, when I mix and match sound devices and output devices, I still get the same fluttering noise.. I've updated the drivers but still it keeps fluttering and I'm stumped.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks,
Brummers

It seems it only does it when the graphics card is in medium/heavy load...
Bear in mind I'm talking about sound in game and not the graphics card making the noise..

Sounds like interference then. Mine sometimes makes a noise when i use the scroll wheel on a webpage. i don't really know how to stop this. I would have thought the audigy would be slightly better shielded than the onboard one though.
