Has anybody else had loads of bugs with the SFX and BGM not playing properly?? also ive had a couple of clipping errors during the game as well as really slow loading times when the game is first booted ?

Wonder if there'll be any sort of update if its not just me?

I haven't had any of those issues or the save game issue mentioned here either.
 
Maybe its jusy my disk then. Is there supposed to be music constantly playing throughout the game ? cos most of the time i have none. :confused:

And the slow loading times are basically when you start up it sits on the title screen for ages when you select either "resume game" or "load game" just doing nowt :(
 
I tell you what. Being a huge fan of the god of wars games. This is not to bad of a try at cloning the game. Just played the demo and well am impressed. Defo will be buying this
 
What's these achievement things that are on the PS3 version? Are they the things that Home's going to start, a bit like the 360 idea? Wonder if it'll tally them up from games like conan.

Might have to pick this up, and if the PS3 version's got achievements I'll get that. Want a PS3 game but also like to get a flashy icon when I've done something good :)

I've spent far too much on games in the past month or so, and not nearly enough time to play them all.

Finally bought Ninja Sigma, but only done the first level so far (which was the same as the demo anyway), Sega Rally arrived this week, so barely made a start on that, DiRT a few weeks ago, and I'm trying to put time into that, not to mention the Orange box on the PC, got Bioshock here not even started... got Strangehold spec edtn on preorder, and added Ratchet & Clank to preorder yesterday......

then I downloaded th Conan demo yesterday from the Playstation Network. Loaded it up, and thought it looked a bit "basic"

Played it.

Thought "actually, this is quite good"

Tried to put it at the back of my mind.

Read this thread.

Now it sounds like a worthy order as well.

I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to find time to finish all these... or pay for them ;)

Seriously though, was nice to read about people enjoying it... I'll put it on the back burner for now, and hopefully be able to pick it up on the MM in a few weeks?

PS Anybody else having connection problems to the OCUK forums? It's taking me multiple attempts to load threads, and I keep trying over and over to upload this reply, and keep getting the "Page cannot be displayed" error... only this site though, rest of internet seems fine.
 
ah i just completed this game, was fun...

i don tthink i will replay it to try and get more achievements, i aint that much of a point junky and the game wasnt thaat good :)

ah i guess it filled the gap while i wait for the next installment of ninja gaiden! :)
 
Am I missing something obvious with this game whereas when I learn a new combo it dissappears from the menus and, unless you wrote it down, you have no way of going back to see what the button combo was?

You must be missing something, the first screen when you press back is the screen where all your currently available purchases are.

If you scroll right you get to the grapple skills, press left again and you come onto the 1h+shield skills, then after that the dual wield skills and finally the 2 hander skills. All the skills you start with and the skills you have purchased will be on those screens
 
Rented this this morning, thoroughly enjoying it so far. On what I assume is the first boss. Died a couple of times but needed a shower so I'll try again in a bit.

Ah ok, I was looking at those screens and after I purchased a combo I was sure it was just dissappearing. I'll look again tonight. Thanks.
