As above.. anything to be worried about or shall I just leave it to be replaced at service time?

Very correct.

Just wanted to know because I cba taking it into the dealers unless its gonna short something out because it doesn't effect the projection of light or anything.
 
i saw this on a few fords while at the dealers 2 weeks ago... as merlin says its standard on BMW's and i think ford are adding it to there range so they are seen as a BMW?

Take out one of the bulbs and throw a few packs of silica gel in, gets rid of it nice and quick (don't leave them in and drive around*)
