Config help for new Laptop HDDs

Got a new laptop and the config was a 128gb SSD for OS and what I assumed was a 1TB drive. However, this is what I have when booting it up: http://i.imgur.com/Hwo7fef.png

Any ideas how I can merge these two drives to become a single 1TB? Delete the partitions and make a new one for the full amount?

Delete Data2 and extend Data1 in disk management.
