I'd go for the standard speed HD 6870 and save a few £ and get DIRT3 & Deus Ex PC :)

Assuming the 550 W CPU is of reasonable quality it should be fine.

Only go for the 560Ti if you thing the small performance increase is worth the extra cash.

Remember you might not even get that increase if you cpu isn't up to the job.
I think the AnandTech Benchmark was run using an i7 920 @ 3.33 Ghz.
