What i was really confused about was the fact that this product had AMD in its name, i wasnt sure if it would be compatible with my processor? My processor is Intel 3rd Generation Core i5-3570K CPU (4 x 3.40GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 6Mb L3 Cache, Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)

Also is there anything else that the graphics card has to be compatible with?

Thanks for anybody that replies :) and as many of you have probably guessed i am a noob with computers so please use basic terms.
basically what i am asking, Is all of these parts compatible with each other :)

Thanks, Sam

AMD are not like Nvidia so there wont be any issues

Useful. Spot the person who's been presumably been previously banned for rubbish postings such as this.

OK and would this build be able to run high end games such as crysis or max payne 3 on high settings?

If you overclock the card you can achieve some really good performance. 7850 offers, in my opinion, unrivalled performance at that price point.
