Is there a product/solution to connect a usb hdd to a wireless router via ethernet.

I obviously do not want to have to connect it to a turned on PC
nor do I want to purchase a NAS

Alternatively, if there is a cheap hub that has a USB port on it :)

something like the above?

That's a USB ethernet adapter used to connect a computer to an ethernet network. The feature your after is often built into routers, my speedtouch router has a USB port which I can connect my USB hard drive to and it appears on the network as a SAMBA share. I know there is a standalone device for USB printers but I''m not sure about USB hard drives, your best bet might be a router with a USB port.
