Connecting a KFA 680 to a DVI Monitor

Correct. I believe the only other accessories that it comes with are a couple of molex to 8pin pci-e and the manual etc.

ah, i have been meaning to clear all the crap off my desk and go in for a look to see if i have 2 8 pin connectors so you saved me a task there too.

the v2 it is then.

xD i'll see what it looks like, almost certain the coolermaster gx came with a few fandangles i can dig out of the little cupboard the missus doesn't go into lol

if it's the type i'm thinking of with the wobbly pins and not even braided cables it'll be going anyway.

Are you 100% sure about that?
That was my initial thought, however this card does have 300mhz HDMI ports (which do support 120hz)... HDMI and DVI are electrically compatible... so in theory, this adapator might allow 120hz over hdmi to a DVI monitor

baggsie me not the one to test that theory though!

Adapter in the op is DP to single link dvi, i think the dual link dvi ones are more pricey?
