i've got a problem with my connection dropping that i've had for ages and it's never been sorted out i was previously with BT but have since moved to adsl24 and the problem is the same, it's much worse at peak times, BT's stance on this seems to be as long as it works most of the time then thats ok.
it normally disconnects and re-connects again in about 30 secs but it's very annoying, at the moment i'm on a 2 meg fixed connection but i have tried it when i was with BT on a 1meg fixed and it makes no difference, i was just wondering what peoples thoughts are on this, is it just down to the quality of my line and something that i will just have to put up with, here are my line stats.
