I've had the same stats for years 18db attenuation and about 14db noise margin down stream and i've always connected at 8 megabits.. But today my attenuation has rocked to 48db and have a 5db noise margin so i'm barely holding 2megabits.. What can cause my attenuation to change? i thought it was supposed to stay the same..
Edit: Apparently the connection went to 2mb from 8mb on thursday morning i only just noticed the drop today
Edit: Well it seems to have fixed itself for now got my old stats back
