I am having an ongoing debate with my ISP with regard to stability and speed of connection. It seems that whenever I max my connection out for a period of time (streaming video etc) then my router effectively loses its connection.
I have tried several routers, both wireless and wired and the same thing, it appears to be at random times with the exception of it is only when the connection is maxed for a period of time. I can connect to the local network but not the internet - it requires a reset of the router and then alls good again for a while.
Any ideas - my Isp is ADSL24, I am running W7 and currently have a Belkin Router if interested - could it be them/bt crashing the connection or is it my kit (as said I have tried different routers and computers)??
