Conroe HSF Recommendation

So while I'm waiting for the Conroe CPU's to make their appearance I may as well get everything else together that I want to build into my machine.

I'm currently running a S775 Prescott and on top of that is one of the large Zalman HSF's - it could well be the CNPS7700-CU or similar, it has the large 120mm fan on.
My PC is currently cased in an old Cooler Master ATC 201 case and although I am tempted to look at a new case I do like the Cooler Master even though I've owned it for absolutely years.
To say the Zalman into the ATC 201 is a tight-fit is an understatement and it wasn't the easiest thing to get fitted.

I know that once I get the Conroe CPU I could switch to the Intel supplied HSF unit which I'm sure will be a lot smaller than the Zalman and offer fine cooling for stock and minor over-clocking.
However I've heard that they won't be the quietest HSF units.
So, what I'm looking for is:

S775 Cooler for a Conroe E6600 which will be fine for Stock and minimal over-clocking - I will probably OC a little but quite possibly only to E6700 levels that kind of thing.
Something quiet - The Zalman really is quiet but I'm assuming that is down to it's 120mm fan which is a rather tight-fit inside the ATC 201.
Something smaller than the Zalman maybe, although the 80mm fans on a smaller unit will probably make more noise right?
Is fanless a serious option yet?

Ta for any input.
