Considering a tattoo

My friend worked as a nurse in paediatrics for a while and have seen her share of new born deaths, the people (usually the father) that put baby names tattoos on their arms/body are the ones with dead children.

Just saying...

Personally, you either really want to have a tattoo or you will regret it, "considering" having one seems like a recipe for regret later on.

Whats so wrong about that? It's a baby holding it's mums finger and it's mum has false nails on.

Anyway, if your looking through tattoo books, DON'T just say 'Want that one' and have it straight from the book, this is what I did on my 21st, I regret it, and now I'm mid-way through designing my own to cover it up, stopped drawing it as I lost my job, so it's on the back burner so to speak. I have also got my own version of the Rammstein logo with a German flag behind, this has meaning to me, I am part German, my grandad was from Dusseldorf.

I like tattoos, a lot, but I have something against names, my mum has mine and my brothers name on her shoulder on some ribbon being held by a teddy bear, that is ok, but a name just tattooed on your arm looks daft and my cousin has his kid's name on the side of his arm...

choking to death trying not to laugh out loud... omg please why how tell me that is real please.:p

i hope it is... saw it ages ago on some failed tattoo thing on fb. it looks real, but you never know with all this photoshop nonsense :p

probably because it looks like someones getting a handy j?

All down to personal preference, as has been said if you want one, get one. If you want to tattoo a massive dragon on your back with the name of your aunties dead cat below it then go right ahead.

I've often thought about getting a tattoo but i know i'd get fed up of it once the novelty wore off and regret it.

May aswell go the full monty and look like this guy.

I struggled to see the baby and finger lol

I also don't like names, but each to their own

I guess on the plus side, someone with their kids names tattooed on them lets the rest of us know who to avoid after they've had a few cans of special brew...
