considering move to amd but which mobo?

im considering purchasing a phenom II x4 940 but need advice on which motherboard.

i would like to overclock the chip but do not require sli/crossfire or any other fancy stuff.

i was looking as this gigabyte board as im very happy with my current one.

edit. all the mobos that are bundled with those 940s are beasts! i dont need/ want to spend that much.

ill be happy just to get 3.4/3.5 out of this chip
