Hi All,
I am considering building a pc (Was a pc user up until several years ago when I switched to mac laptops and haven't had cause for a desktop since). I mainly game on series x or ps5.
I already have a 4k monitor due to work needs and somewhat decent mouse/keyboard.
I am on the fence that it is worth switching, it's primarily driven by the quality and performance difference for games like Starfield and cyberpunk and I do enjoy age of empires and playing that with a controller while passable is not comparable.
Whats the general consensus, I think this is a rather expensive build but I feel it kind of needs to be to actually be a noticeable upgrade on console. Is it worth the switch?
Case: NR200 max (I want sff, like the dan case c4 but not available)
CPU: 78003dx
GPU: 4080 FE or 4070 TI
RAM: 32GB G-Skill 6000 CL30
MOBO: MSI B650-i Gaming Edge Wi-Fi
Other: Noctua NH-D12 to replace the rad fans and arctis fans for bottom of case.
