Consistantly getting defective products from OCUK?

I'm not moaning at OCUK, just my real bad luck with some of the stuff i've had from OCUK, everything else i've ever ordered over the last 2 years is fine (all my PC parts).

On a side note OCUK did refuse my PSU RMA so i had to go to Corsair direct and i have raised a ticket last night to ask if OCUK could help with the Mouse RMA if possible.

The headset admittedly by the time i got to looking to RMA it it was outside the OCUK 1 year and within the Planatronics warranty but Planatronics refused to accept it.
 
On a side note since OCUK no longer sell the mouse in question if they replace it what will they replace it with?

Also if OCUK offer a replacement can i throw in some extra cash and get a newer mouse?

Normally theyll offer you the next best thing (above your purchase price). Regarding adding money to it, I dont see why not, theyre getting more money out of you at the end of the day.
