Hi all,

I am a long term console gamer and have always been wanting to game on a PC but never had the confidence to build one, but fortunately I have saved up enough to finally take the plunge! I've made a topic about it over here:

Welcome to the forums, ill let you off the console comment but that's only because your building a gaming PC

If you are building a gaming PC then fine, but you'll need to specialist about the console infection. Its a stubborn disease that can only be cured by prolonged exposure to a proper gaming instrument (a mouse and keyboard) and burning all controllers in your household.

Technically I'm a console gamer myself (as I only have a PS4 at present) but I also am in the process of building a gaming PC, 90% of the components are still sitting up in the spare room waiting to be assembled

What makes it worse is that I started getting the components together over a year ago... All I need now is the CPU, OS and a monitor... something tells me the credit card is going to get some abuse in the next month or two

something tells me the PS4 is going to have to move soon anyway... My little one has managed to get herself onto her hands and knees so its only a matter of time before she's mobile and going for the expensive black box sitting under the TV
