A mate of mine has finally decided to make the jump to pc!
He's only ever played on console and this is his first step into pc gaming.

Will need everything that makes up the tower, we are sorted for peripherals and a monitor.

I'd say a budget of £1000ish if possible and the ability to play most leading games on full graphics. Bf4,call of duty ect ect.

Thanks in advance guys.

-£30 for the XFX deal, its just too good not to go for. Maybe give yourself another £20 to just replace the stock fans (I know the stock ones in my NXZT H440 were noisy). Has a big PSU as the 750w are just out of stock ... but gives you plenty of room as this will be a PSU for life!

The motherboard comes with a free upgrade in 3 years and the XFX grahpics card comes with 4 free games. If you want it under budget, drop to a 1TB hard drive for -£20, with the £30 off, comes in at £990, £985 with free shipping.

Bonjour I cant believe you said that pc gamers only use controllers for driving and flying games not for FPS ................ for shame lol

I don't use a gaming controller for FPS, but it is still a key component. I use one of my XBox controllers through a USB wireless adapter.

Currently playing my way through the Arkham games...

Already have Windows 7 professional ready for the new rig.

Gonna buy a monitor at a later date. Not dead set on what one yet same as the peripherals, but I assure you it won't be some big crusty ball mouse and monitor.

How come ppl dont know how to read ? :D
Maybe Bonjour is on phone and autocorrect ?
I assume its an Iphone/Ipad as for the name :DDD
