Following on from my previous thread http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18100084, it eventually turned out to be the memory too and it's been working. However, there's been problems with the install since, games not installing and such.
I was sat working on it, then brought it back to my house and now it won't boot! Fans spin up for about 5 seconds, then all goes off (including RJ45 port lights) for about the same amount of time. Then repeats.
If I take the memory out, I get three beeps and it stays on, but with any memory in, I get no beeps. Any ideas?!
EDIT: It's an ASRock G41M-S, with Corsair Value Select memory and a dual-core Pentium of some kind.
