Sent my dead f3 to them last wednesday in coventry via special delivery but their site says it hasn't been recieved yet. does anyone have a uk contact number?

Sent it to conventry or from coventry? I had to send mine to the Netherlands!

Search the posts here, their phone number was listed very recently!

is the international free number for Europe. Not sure if there is a UK specific number.
 
I can't dial international? numbers. is there an email address i could try, there website makes it hard to find specific department contact info.
 
When I RMA a drive last month to Seagate, it went to Coventry, but replacement arrived from the Netherlands.
Although Royal Mail site confirmed delivery, it didn't appear on the Seagate site until a few days later.

My order date was 29th June, shipping date 17th July, by DHL EXPRESS.

So i just recieved an email back from seagate saying the hard drive is being returned un-repaired. No explanation just a link to a list of possible reasons why it could be rejected...

Not happy. how the hell am i meant to know why they have rejected it if they won't say? the hard drive doesn't work and it's within warranty, packaging was good. how and where can i make my case?

wait a second, does this mean they are returning the hard drive because the serial number on it was not the one they were expecting, yet then quote the serial number as being right?
 
I was in the same boat as you when I RMAd mine, the automated response made ZERO sense to me! A spangly new drive turned up a few days/weeks later so don't worry about it!

Emailing them just got me more automated responses too.
 
Sent a Samsung hard drive back to the Coventry address as Seagate handle their returns, next day got an email saying they had received it. Next day got another email saying a new drive would be sent out. Got another email today saying I should get it on Tuesday. I rang them on the number R088ieS86 has given and went through the return with them over the phone.

But did it say in the email that they had rejected the drive? If not than i think i shall be worrying indeed!
