La Liga never ceases to amaze me. Villarreal were steam rolling them after half time. 4 goals in quick succession and madrid looked defeated. Simao changed the game with a perfect inswinging cross as well as scoring 2 classy goals. Hes always struck me as a strange one, Simao. Similar like Quaresma where he played for Barcelona but didn't really cut it but still has the raw talent anyone would simply love to have. His long distance shooting is class and I wish he'd stop scoring against us!
He was very close to sign for us a few years back when the chairman decided to reject the deal at the last minute probably because he thought the fans would want his head on a stick!
