..it's about to end and thus I'm hunting around for a new one, and looking at the phones available to me. I've just started reading reviews etc.

Essentially - I don't know what phones to go for. It'll mostly be used just to make calls, send texts. I want it to have a decent camera, the best on a phone if possible.

I have a K850i; and certain ones have come up; Samsung Pixon and G800 (?), SE C905 (apparently liable to break?), C902 (already been down that path = :/) and Nokia's N79 as well.

What else is out there that has a good camera? I'm not really interested in using the internet or even a touch screen.

Is that supposed to have quite a good camera? I'm not bothered if it's 5 or 8MP, quality of the pics is important to me. I've been through a C902, K850i, a few Panasonics and a K700i, and the latter has produced the best photos.
 
K800/810 was the only camera phone I was truly happy with.

C905 camera wise is very good, but they do have reliability issues, if it wasn't for that fact I would've got one myself :(

Personally if I was mainly interested in the camera aspect I would only go for xenon flash models, absolute godsend in night time shots over the LEDs.

Nokia N82 has a xenon flash and is regarded as a very good camera phone maybe worth a look?
 
If its got LG in front of the title fella avoid it like a dose of ebola.

LG offer absolutely zero support in terms of firmware updates etc...
