Contract Question

Ok so my c905 has broke again, this time it's the C button not working so I took it to the CPW to get sent off to be fixed. Thought I had a spare phone at home so I said I didn't need a temp phone.

I went home and it turned out I don't have a spare so I went abck to the store and asked if I could have a temporary phone to use while mine is away for the two weeks and I got told I could be put on the list to get a temp in two weeks time - ok so that's useless.

I was just wondering if anyone knew if it's part of the contract that they have to offer you a temp phone if yours breaks when its under warranty? (Phone is with Orange but bought through CPW)

I seen that when I got back and couldn't find mine which is when I went back to the store and asked for a temp and they told me it would take two weeks to get a temp phone =/
