Contract Renewal Time. Help!!

Right Guys,

For the past 2yrs ive been on 02 sim-only deal but my contract is up for renewal at the end of May.

My current plan is:

£20.64p/month
Unlimited any-network mins
unlimited texts
1GB UK Data

I often run out of data and need to top up.

Im happy with the 02 network as i get great data coverage. Phone and SMS is good too.

unlimited texts and minutes are a must or atleast 1200min!

I generally prefer SIM ONLY deals because they tend to be cheaper and gives me the freedom to use my own phone.

Should i be looking at GiffGaff (as its 02 network)?

Phone is Nexus 4

If you're happy with O2 then yes GiffGaff is probably your best bet. £20 Goodybag gives you 1200 mins and unlimited everything else.

Is the giff gaff network the same priority as 02 or do 02 give their dedicated customers preference? What I mean is giff gaff isn't second grade is it?

Virgin do a decent deal which is even cheaper than GiffGaff 's £20 goodybag

Turbo Edit: Obv if you just want to stick with O2 then GiffGaff is a better option, Virgin use EE's network (Orange/Tmob)

Ya no tethering officially on Giffgaff or Virgin.

And from what I understand Virgin's FUP is only for excessive users (from what I've come across its 1gb/day)

You could opt for a 12month Three One plan, which I believe allows tethering?
