Contract up, New handset, which?

Hey guys,

As above my contract is up in a few days.
With T-Mobile and I'll be looking to recontract.
I already have a Desire which I intend to keep so I'll be using my upgrade to get a bit monthyl fee knocked off and a handset to sell on.

Currently looking at 3:
iPhone4
Desire
Galaxy

Which do you think is more in demand at the moment?
Or are there any other handsets out soon?

The Desire HD is rumoured to be out within a couple of months, carriers won't negotiate on a iphone contract or phone and the contracts generally suck for value so i would probably go for a Desire and sell on which you could probably almost get free.

I wouldn't get an iPhone to sell on, the plans are crap and you'd lose money over all.
