Contracts and all that lark...

Hey.

My Sony Ericsson K850i is really driving me up the wall and I want to get rid of it as soon as possible. I have about 3 months left on my 18 month contract with Orange at CFW and I was wondering if there would be ANY way I would be able to get CFW to buy me out or I pay the excess or something, then switch to O2 and start a new contract for an iPhone.

Much help appreciated.

Some companys will buy you out of your contract, I think e2save do it, but they are part of the CFW. Could give them a shout.

I have an K850i and it's been back for repairs twice. Will they just keep repairing it or will they finially give up and just give me a different phone?

I think that Orange may let you upgrade early (a couple of months or so before your contract is up) so it might be worth checking out their website to see if this is the case.

IIRC, orange allow you to upgrade from month 15 of an 18 month contract, CPW will be able to do it for you as long as orange approve it

they wont pay off your cessation fee, if you have the higher band insurance, they'll let you get out for the price of your excess fee
