You want 2 computers, for audio, doing the exact same thing, in the same rough area, and you want to adjust both at time so theyre identical, for audio output... Why do you not use 1 with wireless speakers?
The real question is why are they on different networks? Also the networks are they physically disconnected from each other? Or are they all connected up to the same kit but separated out with into different broadcast domains with either VLANS or something more rudimentary like two routers plugged into a modem? Is it not possible to set up a route between the networks? What im trying to get at is why not change something easy rather than "make" something that could be time consuming and difficult.
I just don't see why you wouldn't use one of these software methods that are available and able to do what you need when the only thing stopping you is the network topology?
Can you not use Remote desktop connection?
Use one PC to connect to the other and put the second PC in full screen on a second monitor?
I have used this at home with one pc only having a power cable and network cable plugged it and connect to it from my main pc.
I also use remote desktop manager for work to connect to VM's in the US and EU.
