Control how much speed certain user get

Hi i use a Netgear DGN2000 with DG Team firmware. Is there any way of me controlling how much bandwith other user have access to? As im sick of them slowing the internet right down and me getting kicked from servers for having to high a ping!

there is ways of doing it, but generaly not through the router.

I have a extrenal firewall ( old compaq machine ) running linux that I have my internet through to the HUB. I can load balance the 2 connections I have into the house and also determine what PC gets what bandwidth.

i wud recommed limit the program they use ......
