Yes, it works with my Saitek stuff, wheel and pad. Xbox controller is the best method though, worth investing in one.

The xbox one works, and i think works with all the new games now, just plug it in and it works with the game. and as the above person said, it's definatly worth investing in one. for ease.

i saw that one coming! lol its just the game doesnt seem to want to recognise my controller!

class!...sorry made me giggle that.
I had a cheapy controller and had to set it up manually - custom settings and then changing the keys - when asked which key you then press the button or direction on the controller.
TBH I wsn't impressed and bought a 360 controller and it is infinately better! I'm still carp at the game though.

I would just google a popular controller along with "grid" and see if any results come up mentioning compatibility issues.
