Controlling molex case fans

Is this impossible? I have some of these in my case which are quite noisey and i was wondering if they can be controlled by software like speedfan but since they are molex i don't think they can be.

Is there a 4 pin to 3 pin adaptor around so i can plug it into my mboard? or some other alternative which will allow me to control molex fans? Thanks.
 
Hi, you can get 3-4 pin adapters and you can also get hardware fan controllers such as the Vantec Nexus that can control molex fitted fans. Does it via a 3-4 pin adapter. :D
 
sunbeam rheobus gets my vote for good fan controller....even comes with 2 4-3pin adapters. 4 channels at 1.6A per channel.....thats a lot of fans if needed.
