I just bought the 6700k bundle. Im new to aio watercooling. Do i run the pump from a normal header and let the mobo decide pump speed? Or run it from the dedicated 100% radiator header or is that too noisy?not got my build yet of course. Just planning ahead. Thanks

I think Bobie8 is correct.

Pretty sure that CLC is Asetek OEM, but I don't know if the pump is designed to be speed controlled.

Asetek spec the pump as 12v 2.1W and "Pump power draw will increase when automatic fan control options are added" and "Fan speed is controlled by liquid temperature using speed curves within the pump." and "Fan speed is controlled by liquid temperature using speed curves defined with ChillControl Software" They also say "ChillControl™ gives users control of fan speed and lighting effects. It also provides monitoring of liquid temperatures, fan speed, pump speed, and sound level."

There's no Y-splitter cable included with the fans, apparently. May want to get one unless you don't mind running them on separate headers. Like you said, the motherboard has a dedicated watercooling pump header. And then a CPU_Fan header and four SYS_Fan headers.
