I've got a Raid0 array that I'm moving to SSD (partially), and was wondering if there was a way to "deconstruct" the array without losing the data?

The data stored is less than the capacity of one of the individual drives.

Any suggestions welcome!

Cheers.

I dont think there is, as the data is stripped across the 2 drives rather than mirrored.

In the past I used Acronis and a spare hard drive and copied a image form the RAID array onto the spare HDD then back on to one of the RAID drives after deleting the RAID.
