Converting avi to burn onto DVD?

No reason until you get audio sync problems owing to poor source ie missing frames in DVB capture....

Then you cuss it, uninstall it and demultiplex the file with ProjectX, remultiplex with TMPGenc and convert to MPEG-2 before creating a multi-episode DVD with DVD Author or similar..

Decompress.exe will normally solve any sync problems prior to encoding with WinAvi. :D

Just wondering how long it takes to encode a 700mb avi to dvd. Normally 2 hours for me. AMD64 3000+ Using Nero Vision Express.
