Converting disk to usb??

I just bought a netbook today in the sales and i need to put a program on there that is on a disc.... I was wondering if there was a program i could use to convert the disc to usb then i dont have to buy a external dvd drive....
So is there a program which will let me convert a disc to something i can put on a usb then use that to install

Well i want this http://www.vital-group.co.uk/cd/ which comes as a cd, So what do people recommend i use to be able to put this on a memory stick which can then go in the netbook.
