Converting Red/Right Audio out to use Headphones

Hi

Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before. On the back of my BT vision box there are left and right audio out sockets. What I am trying to find out is, is there something I can buy that will allow me to convert this to plug headphones into as my new lcd tv does not have a headphone jack :(

Can anyone help?
 
I have seen these but my headphones have the same connector on as the black one in the picture you posted. Reading on another forum, I could use a coupler or something to join the cables.
 
Thats what ive been looking for but cant seem to find anywhere that sells them. Looked at ****** and they only seem to do Phono to 3.5mm male cables which would then need a male/female convertor to allow me to plug my headphones in :(
