Converting SATA to SATA without losing...

Hi, I currently have 2 200gb Hard drives attached to a SATA RAID setup (striping) but want to move the hard drives into another computer, Both the hard drives are actually SATA 2 but set to sata, The computer i want to move them to is SATA 2, Will i lose all my data if i do this?

If your using raid0 the new controller might not work with the drives.
