Converting shared mailbox to user mailbox - Exchange Online

Having some problems with a mailbox

I've converted a shared mailbox to a regular mailbox through the Admin dashboard, assigned a Business Premium license and reset the password.

I'm still not able to access the mailbox (either through OWA or Outlook).

I've waited about 20 minutes, is it possible the account is still being configured?
