Hello all.
I rarely bother to do anything to make a snack, so I decided that I'd show you all the height of my culinery skills:
A fried onion and barbeque sauce sandwich.
BTW - It was in fact really nice, and I would make one again.
First, chop up an onion (how you do this is up to you, I have a very good way - the only good thing out of my last relationship - but I prefer small to medium sized bits)
Then get a pan of oil heated on a high temperature.
Once the oil is heated, add the onion to the pan.
Making sure that the onion doesn't stick or burn get 4 slices of bread, and butter them (not buttered in pic).
When cooking the onion make sure it's browned but not badly burnt - something like this will do:
and then turn off the heat, and put some on top of two of the slices of bread.
Garnish with sauce if desired, I used barbeque sauce.
OM NOM NOM.
By the way I mainly did this at this time in the morning as I had just found a lot of mouldy stuff in my kitchen and wanted rid of the smell. That and hunger.
