I have a really good homemade BBQ sauce as well if you want that, it's more like a chinese BBQ sauce as it has soy and ginger involved.

What would you use BBQ sauce for? Marinading meat prior to BBQing I presume?

Only problem is I have an irrational phobia of fish and so wouldn't be able to use Worcestershire sauce. Would Hendersons relish be ok to use in its place?
It's a saucepan rather than a Marinade. With bbq meat, grilled meat, ocasionaalychips swan alternative to ketchup. Not sure what handersons relish is.

Should work fine then.Hendersons is the Yorkshire area alternative to Worcestershire Sauce, I've always found it to be pretty much exactly the same though.
