Good to see a chef who keeps his spirits up whilst cooking. A glass or two helps greatly with the cooking.

You really could've done with bounced flash in all your shots. No creative use of depth of field either, so thumbs down from me.

Looks yummy - I hate it when I've cooked up a curry or whatever and then find upon adding it to plate that there's little to no space for any liquid to go - like your sauce is nearly taking the plunge of the top right of the plate!

Makes getting it upstairs to my room a mission
