Cooking with Jonny69 and Gordon: Pork cheeks in spices

A bit of experimentation really, glitch. The pressure cooker came with a guide that gets you started with beef stews and stuff, but I've over- and under-cooked a few things, and I use it quite a lot so I can gauge what's about the right time now. It also seems to vary a bit between pressure cookers. Heston said to put oxtail on for two hours, but mine would destroy it in that time. 35-40 minutes maximum. Mine is a big aluminium Prestige one, the old type that you stack the weights up on top :)
 
My local Morrisons often have Pork cheeks reduced, i am going to try this recipe soon, looks lovely.
 
Bump! I have to say I cooked this last weekend and it was absolutely stunning. The girlfriend really wasnt sure about the cheeks but she was 100% converted :D We had leftovers on couscous, like a tagine and I'd highly recommend that with some yoghurt etc. too.

Massive favour to ask though, I keep recommending it to friends but want to give them the recipe. Don't really want to link them to here :D Does anyone fancy scanning the original recipe and posting it? Pretty please? :p
