Cooking with Jonny69 - Chicken Wings!

Fresh Sainsburys basics chicken wings, £1.11 but I think it's 750g so £1.50 ish per Kg. Cheap because no-one wants the wings. I say BRING ON THE WINGS!!!

I go thorough tons of them when i'm bulking... I do them buffalo style . Nice and spicy.

You can't beat chicken wings and marinade for a ultra cheap and easy snack, or as part of a meal.
