Make sure you fry the paste off, seems to be a critical bit of the method I've found but the rest can just cook down nice and slowyup nice one mate, gonna give this a go sunday in a slow cooker (thats a pan not me)

A tip if you use chicken instead, poach or steam the chicken until it's cooked, drain and leave aside to cool, then just throw it in and heat for a few mins, when the currys ready.
Keeps it really succulent and moist.
