3 bacon into a preheated pan (unsmoked back bacon rashers)
let the bacon start simmering and spit
drizzle with 5 chinese spices and salt
mix it all around with the oil and cook bacon till crispy on the edges
toast 2 crust of a brown breaded loaf till nicely toasted
place bacon onto the bread and dress with brown sauce
eat

i have no pictures as i ate it :p but its reallyy nice with the 5 chinese spices and salt.. also the toasted crust makes it perfect as theres just enough bacon to bread and the brown sauce doesnt soak up into the sandwich..

guarantee you it will be the best bacon sandwich you will ever have

thanks for reading

sorryy, i was posting and eating and before i new it it was gone :(

nahh, its not just the spices ;)

its the fact there was 3 peices of bacon instead of 2 (too little and bread is overpowering), 4 (too much bacon and cant taste the bread)

the toasted crust which doesnt soak the brown sauce and gives it a crunch but nice and soft on the inside

and the spices and salt really gives the bacon loadsa flavour

and, the bacon needs to be cooked just right..

i am bigging up my bacon sandwich, but honestly it tasted so good..

Your bacon sarnie fails...

You need 4 streaky bacon rashers,
one large hashbrown (has to be deepfried)
one very runny egg
In a large un toasted bap.

And you should salt everything anyway..

lose the brown sauce and chinese spices, make sure there's no oil in the pan too.

Bacon, thick cut, best quality, white bread.

Nothing else.

Bacon sarnie a la seek:

Three rashers of smoked bacon, grated cheddar cheese and a couple of slices of tomato - put in a toastie maker for a couple of minutes until the cheese is gooey. Made with good old fashioned white sliced bread, but must be very fresh.

Couple of drops of tabasco sauce (added before toasting) to give it a bit of a kick if you're feeling fruity.
